Come to Top Acres Farm where you can stay in a charming farmhouse and enjoy the Vermont countryside. Take a walk through our 35 acre meadow to the hilltop and view Mt. Ascutney. Have a picnic or a campfire and wait for the stars to come out. Tour our sugarhouse and learn how maple syrup is made. Feed our hens and collect some eggs for breakfast. In winter you can snowshoe, x -country ski, slide or snowmobile right from your door.
The upstairs apartment is spacious and light. Guests enjoy the view from the big picture window and the claw foot tub in the bathroom. It is perfect for a couple or for the extended family. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other 3 bedrooms have 2 twin beds each. A washer and dryer and TV are all available. Stay for the week or for the week end. Well behaved pets are permitted. We are 1.5 miles from So.Woodstock village. In the village is a country store that serves a wonderful breakfast and lunch. Also in So. Woodstock is the Green Mountain Horse Association and the Green Mountain Perkins Academy. We are 10 minutes from Woodstock and 25 minutes from Killington Mountain. Also near by - State parks on lakes and local swimming ponds and pools.
