The Lincoln Inn & Restaurant at the Covered Bridge

A member of the Woodstock Area Chamber of Commerce. A culinary destination Inn & Restaurant. Situated on six gorgeous acres on the Ottauquechee River with views of the tree lined hills beyond. Come visit the Restaurant at the Lincoln Inn for an unparalleled fine dining experience, a philosophy born of our talented European Michelin Star trained Chef, Jevgenija Saromova. Our restaurant’s artfully prepared; gourmet-fusion plates involve all the senses. The unbounded artistry inspires a culinary scene that perfectly pairs texture with taste and ambiance with flavor. Enjoy our eclectic wine list, beer, and full bar. Stay in our newly refurbished guest rooms, where rustic New England charm combines with simple elegance, providing a perfect setting for your relaxing getaway. We offer a lovely venue for intimate weddings, private parties, corporate events and meetings, family reunions, engagement dinners, and bridal showers.

Our menus change daily based on locally sourced fresh ingredients. Choose between our gourmet 4 course prix fixe dinner menu or dine privately at The Chef’s Table and savor either a 7 or 12 tasting menu. One seating per night starting in our tavern for drinks followed by our dinner seating. Wine pairing available. By reservation only.

This summer, please join the Lincoln Inn and Restaurant for an exciting menu created for our new Armenian tonir, specially handcrafted by Chef Jevgenija Saromova. The tonir is a brick barbeque pit that dates back over 2,000 years. Historically, the tonir has represented a communal gathering place to come together over a shared meal, and the style of cooking yields vibrant, smoky flavors. Chef Saromova uses her culinary expertise to add a creative twist to this traditional cuisine.

Our summer and fall lunch menu, beginning in June, will be selected specially for the tonir, with each dish bringing inspired flavors to the beautiful outdoor dining area overlooking the Ottauquechee River. Weather permitting, please call 802.457-7052
