SUMMARY:Woodstock Vermont Film Series Screening of "Every Little Thing"
DESCRIPTION:Every Little Thing follows author and wildlife rehabilitator Terry Masear on her heartfelt mission to save every injured hummingbird in Los Angeles. Amidst the city’s chaos\, Terry tends to her fragile\, feathered patients with extraordinary care. \n\n\n\nThrough slow-motion imagery and tender storytelling\, director Sally Aitken invites us into the delicate world of birds\, celebrating their tiny victories and lamenting their tragedies. As Terry nurtures each one back to flight\, her compassion and empathy serve as a reminder that grace can be found in the smallest of acts and the tiniest of creatures.

SUMMARY:Glitchy Business with Cindy Pierce
DESCRIPTION:“Let me add to the heap of praise about Cindy’s show. What a messenger\, Pierce\, who grew up in Hanover and graduated from UNH\, is known for her fearless personality and non-stop humor.” – Actor Dan Butler\nCindy Pierce is known for her fearless personality and non-stop humor. Those characteristics converge in Glitchy Business\, which chronicles Pierce’s unique take on life — navigating both the ordinary and the extraordinary — that shaped her path\, including stories about growing up as the youngest of seven in an inn\, navigating relationships\, parenting mishaps\, and the ongoing adventure of being human. At its heart\, the show is about learning to be kinder to yourself\, worry less about others’ opinions\, and dive into life — glitches and all. \nCindy’s ability to poke fun at herself leaves the audience members feeling lighter and less alone. “I can’t help myself from generating or tripping into cringe-worthy situations\,” she said. “Embarrassment doesn’t get its hold on me because the humor of the situation jumps into the front seat before the incident has fully unfolded. By the time I became a mom\, it was clear that becoming an even-keeled\, well-behaved adult was not an option. Shameless gusto is how I roll.” \nPast audience members describe Glitchy Business as highly entertaining\, honest\, and relatable. \n“I haven’t stopped thinking about Cindy’s show for over a week — the mark of unforgettable impact. It’s freeing\, moving\, and downright hilarious — every darn minute.” – Nini Meyer\, Executive Director of Positive Tracks \nTickets: $25 Adults – $20 Seniors/Students. Beer\, Wine & Concessions available for purchase

SUMMARY:Woodstock Vermont Film Series Screening of "Natchez
DESCRIPTION:Natchez captures an unsettling clash between history and memory in a small Mississippi town. This film is a layered mosaic of people contending with the weight of the past in a place where the past is always present. \n\n\n\nEqual parts amusing and disturbing\, we journey through an antebellum tourist destination at a crossroads as it grapples with a deeply troubled history that is so thoroughly ingrained in its present\, we’re left to wonder if it’s actually past at all.
