Chef Ted can teach almost anything culinary, and at this hands-on event you’ll make a fresh tomato sauce, learn how to roll out ravioli, fashion tortellini, and make a perfect fettuccine Alfredo.
You’re sure to fall in love with this culinary art form learned near Bologna, Italy’s heart of fresh pasta.
Here we use mostly organic and regional ingredients that come mainly from nearby Vermont farms.
Tailored to your level of expertise this is an opportunity to fine-tune your culinary skills with a personalized experience and education—so roll up your sleeves and come sizzle with us on this Vermont food odyssey.
