According to many trend alerts, spirit-free drinks are growing in popularity and in craft. The basic lemonade or fountain soda no longer hit the spot as people look for tastier, more sophisticated, and a wider range of non-boozy options. Our local restaurants and bars are jumping in and serving some seriously tasty drinks, sans alcohol!Whether you’re visiting the Woodstock village or ready to try a non-booze drink at home, our local restaurants are all in for Dry January! From zero-proof wine and locally made switchel served at the Woodstock Inn & Resort’s restaurants to N/A beers, prosecco, and even a spirit-free mojito at Dr. Coburn’s Tonic. At Worthy Kitchen, locally made sodas are on tap, Woodstock Farmer’s Market keep N/A brews, wines, and bubbles stocked and the cutest cocktail bar in town, Au Comptoir has delicious spirit-free versions, and they’ve even shared a recipe:
