About The Carriage House at Old Bailey

The Carriage House at Old Bailey is a one bedroom, 2 bath, fully-appointed cottage (formerly a little horse barn) designed for guests wishing to stay a month or more.  Shorter stays considered depending on availability.

Three miles up in the hills above the Village, The Carriage House offers two guests peace, privacy, comfort, quality accommodations,  excellent high-speed internet, wood-burning fireplace, luxurious screened porch, and all the Town & Country pleasures of the Green Mountains.

Set against a tree line, facing a vast, rising meadow, surrounded by acres of walking trails, views of Killington Mountain to the West and, as far as the eye can see, the tranquil, folding hills of the Cox District to the North, The Carriage House at Old Bailey is a unique, 3-season vacation alternative for the discriminating traveler.

You are invited to come discover why 70% of our clientele are returning travelers and their friends.  Here is how two describe it:

“Old Bailey Farm–Where the clocks tick differently and the world assumes a benevolent countenance.”

“Dear Suzanne,

It has been another magical month on the hill and to end with a dinner so telling of your hospitality could not be more perfect.  Thank you for giving me the chance to try my hand at cooking venison.  We had a wonderful time and will remember the evening very fondly.  ~à la prochaine~”
