Maple Open House at King Farm

Join the CRAFT (Community and Climate Resilience through Agriculture,
Forestry, and Technology) program of Woodstock Union High School and
the Vermont Land Trust at the historic King Farm in Woodstock for an (early) Maple Open House Weekend celebration.
Explore the sweet tradition of Vermont maple sugaring with tours and
demonstrations at the sugarhouse and learn how sap becomes syrup. Meet
students and educators from the CRAFT program to hear how they’re
connecting classroom learning to hands-on land stewardship at King Farm,
and learn about the Vermont Land Trust’s work conserving this special place
and fostering community engagement with the land.
