Pop-Up Event with Chef Philippe Niez - September 26

The Woodstock Inn's French pastry chef, Philippe Niez is excited to host his third Red Barn Dinner! Expect stunning techniques, flakey crusts, and a menu full of savory and sweet items.

Classically trained in pastry, Chef Philippe is also an accomplished chocolatier and worked in England, France, and Germany before settling in Vermont. His masterful baking can be enjoyed everywhere through the resort - from The Spa's signature lavender macarons to the delicious burger buns at lunch, and the scrumptious cookies served every day, not to mention the breakfast pastries and the always unique dessert menus!

The 4-course meals with accompanying wines will feature the bounty of Vermont and New England by utilizing fresh, seasonal, and local ingredients anchored by produce from our own Kelly Way Gardens. The series is a fantastic collaboration between our gardeners, chefs, and local craftsmen. Thursday Red Barn Dinners will feature farmers and purveyors from our community as special guests, with the menus based around their products.
