A New Year's Eve Cocktail that brings on the bubbly

Join us as we ring in the new year with a new cocktail, the Elderflower French 75an effervescent infusion of gin, elderflower liqueur, sugar, lemon, and of course, champagne—that sparkles brighter than the Times Square ball!

And now, thanks to this easy-to-follow recipe from The Prince & The Pauper restaurant, you can make your own at home...

Elderflower French 75 cocktail recipe instructions:

  1. Combine the following ingredients in a shaker with ice:
    • 1 1/2 oz Copper's Gin

    • 1 small teaspoon of sugar

    • Juice from half a lemon

    • 1/4 oz St-Germain (elderflower liqueur)

  2. Shake and strain onto clean ice in a Tom Collins glass
  3. Top with as much French champagne as it takes to top off the glass
  4. Enjoy!
