Elderflower French 75 cocktail recipe instructions:
- Combine the following ingredients in a shaker with ice:

1 1/2 oz Copper's Gin

1 small teaspoon of sugar

Juice from half a lemon

1/4 oz St-Germain (elderflower liqueur)

- Shake and strain onto clean ice in a Tom Collins glass
- Top with as much French champagne as it takes to top off the glass
