 The Sunflower House

Have you ever played in a house made of sunflowers? Join us as we read the story The Sunflower House, in our very own sunflower house! We will visit our sunflower fairy garden too, make a sunflower craft and share a sunflower shaped snack with friends.



Scarecrow’s Hat 

Wednesday, September 11, 2019 • 9:00 - 10:30 a.m. 



Chicken likes Scarecrow’s hat and wants it for herself. Scarecrow will trade his hat for a walking stick but Chicken doesn’t have a walking stick. Follow Chicken on her journey as she meets and trades with her farm friends. We’ll enjoy a healthy snack, visit with our chickens and scarecrows and create a chicken to take home. 



Goodbye Summer, Hello Fall

Do you know the signs of fall? This colorful book will help us identify them before we walk around the farm looking to see if we can find our own signs of fall. We will make leaf people and enjoy a fall snack with friends. 

 

From Apple Trees to Cider, Please!

Apple season is here! After reading this wonderful story about apples, we will take a walk to our orchard, pick some apples and press them into cider. Continuing the apple theme, we will share a snack made from this favorite fall treat.
