From cheese lovers to curious kids, this family-friendly food and craft beverage event has something for everyone. Guests will taste their way through Vermont dairy favorites including Billings Farm Cheese, Cabot, Vermont Farmstead Cheese, Green Mountain Blue Cheese, and Spring Brook Farm. Visitors can meet the cows and explore the journey of milk from field to fridge. A guided pasture walk with a Billings farmer will highlight dairy tools, regenerative agriculture, and rotational grazing practices. Families can churn butter, make ice cream, play the “From-a-cow, Not-from-a-cow” game and enjoy scenic horse-drawn wagon rides from 11:00AM to 3:00PM. History enthusiasts can take part in the Creamery Tour, view historic photos and artifacts from the Billings-Starlake Dairy operation, and speak with the site archivist to delve deeper into local dairy history.
