Join us for an Early Winter Solstice Yoga Celebration on Saturday, December 16, 2023, at 1:30 PM. Embrace the beauty of the changing season and connect with your inner self through the practice of yoga. This in-person event promises to be a rejuvenating and uplifting experience. Cost is a sliding scale $20-$35, pay what you can in that range.

Immerse yourself in the tranquil atmosphere as we gather together to celebrate the solstice, a special time of transition and renewal. Chelsey Seering will guide you through a series of yoga poses, breathing exercises, and mindfulness techniques, tailored to enhance your physical and mental well-being. Post class there will be healthful appetizers, and supplies to make your own winter garland!

Whether you are a seasoned yogi or new to the practice, this event is open to all levels. Please bring a water bottle and wear comfortable clothing that allows for movement. We recommend arriving a few minutes early to settle in and prepare for the class. Mats, straps, and blocks are provided.
