Farm to Ballet at Billings Farm & Museum

Saturday, July 8, doors open at 5:30PM, performance begins at 6:30PM

Join us for an enchanting ballet performance on the farm. The Farm to Ballet Project is an original ballet about a farm through the seasons. Dancing vegetables, animals, and even the seasons themselves come to life through dance in a joyful and entertaining show. The ballet explores the relationship between farmers and land, natural food cycles, and the human role in ecosystems.

Bring blankets or chairs and a picnic dinner to view the performance against the bucolic backdrop with sheep, cows, and draft horses in the fields. The Farmhouse Scoop Shop will be serving Vermont-made ice cream, snacks, and beverages. We will also be selling maple cotton candy.

Billings Farm & Museum will use the proceeds from ticket sales to help fund improvements to our sustainability & regenerative agriculture practices.
