Mt Tom views from the Ottuaquechee River Trail

Events Grand Opening of the Ottauquechee River Trail!

Date

This event has no more occurrences

Join us on Monday, September 7, anytime between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM, for an Open House at the East End Park and Ottauquechee River Trail.

The East End Park has a new neighbor—the three mile Ottauquechee River Trail, which runs from the eastern end of the park, along the river, and through the fields past Woodstock’s old railroad bed. Together, these two venues provide new ways to get out and enjoy the beautiful area where we live!

Bring the family, enjoy a picnic and check out the labyrinth at East End Park, then take a stroll on the Ottauquechee River Trail. Given pandemic guidelines, there will be no formal ceremony, but volunteers will be available to answer questions and share details of their efforts to create these two venues to enrich our community.

Mark your calendars for Monday, September 7, 10:00AM-2:00PM and join us to celebrate!
