Parking for Marsh-Billings-Rockefeller National Historical Park is located at Billings Farm & Museum, 69 Old River Road, Woodstock, VT 05091. After parking, walk towards the Billings Farm & Museum and take the concrete path to the right of the Visitor Center. Walk up the path, cross Elm St using the cross walk, and take the left fork in the road to walk up a short, steep hill towards the Carriage Barn Visitor Center. Additional Details 

Join us for a Mindful Meditation Hike with our own resident yoga teacher, Ranger Jen Jackson.

Jen will lead visitors on a easy/moderate 3.5-mile hike through the Mount Tom forest, as well as guide them through a series of grounding and uplifting meditations and journaling prompts. 

*Visitors will be asked to engage in SILENCE for the duration of the three-hour program. This is a unique opportunity to connect with nature- mind, body, and spirit.

Program will begin and end at the Carriage Barn Visitor Center at 10:00am. Participants should arrive for check-in at least :15 early.

Program will include periods of hiking, interspersed with standing and seated activities. Trail has some sections of steep grade and uneven terrain; total elevation gain is approximately 350ft.
