Calling all intermediate to advanced road and trail runners! Locals and vacationers! For road runners on their umpteenth pair of shoes (and looking to try something new!) or trail runners in town for a weekend getaway...

Join a Park Ranger on a 4.5-mile, 600’ elevation gain trail run through the historic carriage roads and trails of Marsh-Billings-Rockefeller National Historical Park! Learn about the history of the Mt. Tom Forest while exploring the sights and sounds with other runners. 

This event is a “no drop” (no runner left behind) run geared toward intermediate+ runners. Water and bathrooms will be available at the Forest Center before and after the run.

Where: Meet at the Forest Center, Marsh-Billings-Rockefeller National Historical Park, Woodstock, VT. Parking for Marsh-Billings-Rockefeller National Historical Park is located at the Billings Farm & Museum. If using a GPS, please enter "69 Old River Rd, Woodstock, VT 05091". To enter the National Park, take the paved path to the right of the Billings Farm & Museum Visitor Center, walk up and cross the street, and then take the right fork and walk 1/8 mile to reach the Marsh-Billings-Rockefeller National Historical Park Forest Center.

Items to Bring: Sneakers and a water bottle. Bug spray and sun protection are recommended.
