Join Executive Chef Matthew McClure from the Woodstock Inn & Resort to explore the right pumpkin or squash for soups, roasts, and pies.  Participants will discover tools, tricks, and tips to elevate their culinary creations.  There will be a live cooking demonstration to craft the perfect squash soup and a chance to sample the delicious results. Billings Backyard is a series of workshops designed to teach sustainable living skills to adult participants.
