“Herd” on Down for Some Shear Fun on April 22-23, 10:00AM – 5:00PM.  Get a peek at the rich history and legacy of sheep in Vermont with live demonstrations of spring shearing and Border Collie herding.  Follow the stages of the sheep-to-wool process through interactive skirting and carding stations and see demonstrations of felting, knitting, crocheting, drop spindle and wheel spinning, and weaving on a loom. Children can collect stamps in a Sheep-to-Wool Passport and have a chance to spin and take home their very own woolen bracelet.  Wicked Awesome BBQ Food Truck on site Sat & Sun.  Purchase your admission tickets or become a member in advance for expedited entry.
