Having owned a restaurant named Hemingway's, we couldn't resist the title. Because we love cooking parties this is just one of many you can have here at our mountain-top retreat.

Though Chef Ted can teach almost anything food related, for this event you will learn hands-on the secrets to making a delicious soufflé and apples in pastry.

First, we handle the classic combo of Vermont dairy and eggs in an unclassic "fallen" soufflé. Then with apples from our unsprayed apple orchard, you'll learn to make a delicious apple tart with a Vermont maple cream.

Cooking classes and cooking parties for almost anything at any time.

Generally, this class repeats at noon on weekends and holiday Mondays, but do contact us to choose your preferred date and time. Two-person minimum preferred, but contact us as we may have other singles on a waiting list.
