Linda will welcome you into their mountain-top retreat and Chef Ted will introduce you to the overall theme of the course and then lead a hands-on class where you’ll learn the art of making a soufflé plus a delicate apple tart.

Whether for lunch, brunch, or dinner--whether savory or sweet, even a fallen soufflé will have its place at your table.

You’ll also work with phyllo dough to make an incredibly delicious apple tart. (Chef Ted’s secret ingredient is divulged!)

Rise to this opportunity to fine-tune your culinary skills with a personalized experience and education.

Come whip it up with Chef Ted on our Vermont food odyssey!

Repeats regularly on Sunday afternoons, but contact us to change the date, time, or a different class to suit your schedule. A minimum of two persons is preferred.

Having owned a restaurant named Hemingway's, we couldn't resist the title. Because we love cooking parties this is just one of many you can have here at our mountain-top retreat.

Though Chef Ted can teach almost anything food-related, for this event you'll learn hands-on the secrets to making a delicious soufflé and more.

First, we handle the classic Vermont dairy and eggs combo in an unclassic "fallen" soufflé. Then with local apples, you'll learn to make a delicious apple tart with a Vermont maple sauce.

A perfect Vermont lunch! Come up to join us.

BYOB and EAT WHAT YOU MAKE!

Generally, this class repeats at noon on Sundays and holiday Mondays, but contact us to choose your preferred date and time.

Visit our website, OdysseyEventsVT, to find more cooking options. Learn what you'd like most anytime.

Two-person minimum is preferred, but contact us as we may have other singles on a waiting list.
