Focusing on the creative possibilities of mending rather than discarding, the workshop covers essential skills such as sewing, darning, appliqué, and decorative stitching. Armed with just a needle, thread, scissors, and a treasured item to restore, attendees will not only save money but also contribute to reducing clothing waste in landfills. The session is $15/person, $10/member.
