Have fun making one of summers tastiest sides at Kelly Way Gardens! Using freshly harvested tomatoes, herbs, and accompanying veggies, this class will show you how simple making salsa can be. During this class we will be harvesting our vegetables fresh from the garden before combining everything together for the best mouthwatering reward. But why only enjoy salsa during the summer months? Canning the salsa to preserve it is just as easy as making it. We will discuss what tools you need for canning and how to safely preserve these summertime recipes.
