Yoga for Self-Care & Compassion

Just as the summer ends and the school year begins this interactive workshop is designed for anyone interested in how to learn ways to practice more self-care and compassion for themselves and others. It's no surprise that stress leads to poor health and emotional imbalances...and a lack of self-care is directly linked with increased stress levels. In this two-hour workshop, students will discuss practical ways to reduce stress and anxiety in their lives and participate in a one-hour yoga practice with the intention of finding and releasing resistance within the body. Appropriate for all levels. Please bring a journal.  Cost: $35

Led by Maeve Ryan, E-RYT 200.
