Events Cheese, Apples, & Cheers! Fall Tasting Event at WFM on Sept. 13

Celebrate the kick-off of the fall season in Vermont at Cheese, Apples, & Cheers!, a festive tasting event at Woodstock Farmers’ Market on Saturday, Sept. 13, from noon to 4 p.m. The event will take place in the Garden Center outside the store and is free and open to the public.
Local cheesemakers Plymouth Artisan Cheese and Cobb Hill Cheese will be on-site to offer tastings of their award-winning cheddars. Guests can also sample several different varieties of locally grown apples—fresh-picked at the peak of the season, along with Vermont-made hard cider and refreshing nonalcoholic cider.
“We love showing off great products made by some of our favorite local producers,” said Amelia Rappaport, partner at Woodstock Farmers’ Market. “Vermont is famous for our beautiful fall foliage, and both apples and cheese are what fall tastes like to me—as if you could turn the whole season into a few delicious bites!”
