Moos & Brews & Cocktails Too!, Friday, September 8, 5:00PM – 7:30PM

Get your moo on after hours on the farm! Get to know the famous Jersey Moos and enjoy local Vermont beer and craft spirits by Vermont Spirit Distilling Co., Rutland Beer Works, SILO Distillery, Upper Pass Beer Company, and more.  With a drink in hand, guests 21+ can stroll the Farmstead Gardens, take in the wonder of the Sunflower House in full bloom, and enjoy the beautiful site after hours.  Guests can meet an adorable calf and cow up close and receive plenty of loving cow kisses.  Farm Educators are happy to share fun facts about the Jersey cows’ personalities and how these sweet gals are cared for.  Guests can even try their hand at brushing a cow.  There will be a chance to play historic and modern lawn games, turn cream into butter, make giant bubbles, and take a horse-drawn wagon ride through the pastures.

The festivities also include live music by indie-pop musician Ali T. There will be tasty Food Truck fare and cuisine from the Woodstock Pizza Chef available for purchase, as well as delicious Vermont-made ice cream, and snacks at the Farmhouse Scoop Shop.  Tickets are $25/person, $20/member. Ticket price includes one beer from Upper Pass Beer Company. Additional libations available for purchase.  This event is made possible in part by Season Sponsor Townline Equipment.
