One of the many things that make Woodstock, Vermont special is its central location to a variety of easy day trips in our beautiful state of Vermont. You could be camping at a nearby state park, exploring Windsor historic sites, or vacationing in Quechee or Hartford. Woodstock is a short drive in multiple directions to loads of fun but what makes us unique is some of our signature events.
Taste of Woodstock sees Elm street shut down to traffic and open to vendors, entertainment, and street art....the feeling of community surrounds you, and Woodstock's beauty is on full display. With its central location to town right across from great shops, the Woodstock History Center and of course our town smiler :) you can easily access one of our favorite yearly events.
